Welcome to our Annual Institutional Data Update System!
Every member institution must complete this report as an obligation of affiliation.
Report Access - You may sign into the report and make changes as many times as you require, until you verify and submit your report.
Due Date - Submit your completed report no later than April 6, 2007

including your four-digit Institution ID# and a description of the
difficulty you are experiencing, or call 800/621-7440 x124 to speak
with Drew, our Webmaster.
Navigating the Report: For each of the sixteen sections of this report, click the section button on the
left-hand sidebar to enter your data. Be sure to save your changes in each section before proceeding to the next.
You may enter this report and modify the data in each section as often as you require until you submit
the report to the Commission.
Dues Calculation: This year's report will
automatically calculate your 2007-2008 Higher Learning Commission dues
using the data you submit. Please do not send payment upon submission
of this report. The Commission will bill your institution at a later
date.
Submitting your Report: Once your report has been
completed in its entirety, click "Print Report" to review your newly
entered data for accuracy and completeness. After you have reviewed
your data, you may make any necessary corrections by clicking the
appropriate section button.
When
you are ready to submit your data, click on "Verify Data". Our system
will verify that all required fields have been completed and will
either notify you of any incomplete fields, or will allow you to submit
your data to the Commission. Once your report has been submitted, your
access will be changed to "read-only" and the Commission will begin
review of your information.
Please use the "print report" button to print out a copy of this report for your own records.
